1. Number of recruits: 2 people
2. Job responsibilities:
(1) Responsible for providing technical guidance and consulting services in the research, development, innovation, improvement, training, and confidentiality of DC support capacitors, SVG and other power electronic products.
(2) Responsible for providing technical services and consulting during the transformation of relevant project achievements, and offering technical services and consulting opinions for applying for technology-based projects, technological transformation projects, and utility model patents.
(3) Responsible for reviewing feasibility reports and design specifications for relevant technical projects, conducting quality control over process technology routes and design schemes, identifying deficiencies, and providing guidance.
(4) Responsible for providing guidance or executable plans and solutions for the rationality of equipment selection and related matching material selection layout in the design scheme.
(5) Responsible for proposing patent avoidance and patent writing solutions related to the product.
(6) Responsible for researching product related laws, regulations, and required certificates.
3. Job Qualifications:
(1) PhD degree, majoring in electrical engineering, high voltage electricity, high voltage insulation, and related fields.
(2) More than 1 year of relevant work experience in DC support capacitor technology, including serving as the technical leader of DC support capacitors for more than 3 years, and having independent and successful project experience in developing DC support capacitors and introducing them into production for mass production is preferred.
(3) Intermediate professional titles are available, with priority given to those with senior or higher professional titles.
(2)Postdoctoral Fellow (Power Electronics Direction)
1. Number of recruits: 2 people
2. Job responsibilities:
(1) Responsible for the development of power electronics products and solving difficult problems encountered during the development process.
(2) Capable of evaluating TBB capacitor compensation devices The overall framework design of TSC/MSC reactive power compensation device, APF/SVG active filtering device and other series of products.
(3) Familiar with the design and development of the overall software framework in the product, including BMS, control board, power output and input, and communication design between them, and able to evaluate their advantages and disadvantages and provide guidance.
(4) Responsible for completing the relevant plans and specification drawings during the product design process, including schematic diagrams, circuit structure diagrams, and product specification sheet production.
(5) Develop a testing plan for the input and output of the entire product, analyze the test results, and solve technical problems.
(6) Responsible for proposing patent avoidance and patent writing solutions related to the product.
(7) Responsible for researching product related laws, regulations, and required certificates.
3. Job Qualifications:
(1) PhD degree, major in electrical engineering, electronic power, or related fields.
(2) More than 1 year of relevant work experience in power electronics product technology, including serving as a technical leader for power electronics products for more than 3 years, and having independent and successful project experience in developing power electronics products and introducing them into mass production is preferred.

2. Job responsibilities:
(1) Participate in product improvement and optimization.

3. Job Qualifications:
(1) Master's degree or above, majoring in power systems and electrical engineering, electrical dielectric materials, high voltage or high voltage insulation, automation, electronics, and communication related fields; Excellent graduates from 985/211 universities may have their qualifications relaxed appropriately.

(4)Electrical Engineer (Power Electronics Direction)

2. Job responsibilities:
(1) Participate in product heat dissipation design, trigger design, RC circuit design, stray inductance analysis, single pulse test analysis, double pulse test analysis, and other related work.
(2) Responsible for guiding structural personnel in power unit design.
3. Job Qualifications:
(1) Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, mechanical manufacturing, power electronics, communication, or related fields.
