The 2024 "Sailing Star" Special Training Camp has graduated

On such a beautiful day, a group of brave and passionate "Sailing Stars" set sail. After six months of tempering and growth, they have reached a new milestone in their careers. From the moment I stepped into Guilin Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guirong Company"), this meaningful career journey quietly began. I grew through work and study, found my direction and positioning on the career path, and gradually became a qualified Guirong person. The youthfulness of the past is gradually fading away, replaced by the increasingly determined gaze and focused light of rising stars in the workplace. This is not only a simple replacement of identity labels, but also an increase in the maturity and sense of responsibility of the inner world.

       On January 3, 2025, the 2024 "Sailing Stars" Special Training Camp held a closing ceremony and officially concluded. The 'Stars of Sail' will continue to look forward to the future with a refreshed appearance, embracing infinite possibilities and opportunities.

At the graduation ceremony, representatives from each group took the stage one by one to summarize and report on their work, study, and life over the past six months. In the past six months, each member of the special training camp has been tirelessly striving in their respective positions, shining brightly. After the group summary and reporting session, the mentors of the three groups took the stage to give a brief summary of the work and life of the "Sailing Star" special training camp over the past six months, and also sent their sincerest wishes and expectations to the students. Encourage students to maintain their enthusiasm for learning, be brave enough to explore unknown areas, and constantly pursue excellence. The mentors' messages are like bright lights, illuminating the path ahead for the students.
