On November 7, 2023, Guilin City held a city wide science and technology innovation conference. The conference read out the notice of the municipal party committee and the municipal government on praising the advanced collectives and exemplary individual of scientific and technological innovation in Guilin, and awarded prizes to the advanced collectives and exemplary individual of scientific and technological innovation in the city. After enterprise application, expert review, and review and approval by the Municipal Party Committee and Government, Guilin Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guirong Company") has been awarded the title of "Advanced Enterprise in Science and Technology Innovation" in Guilin City.

Guirong Company has been focusing on the research and manufacturing of capacitors for more than 50 years. It is a national key power equipment manufacturing enterprise and has won the first prize and special prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2009, 2012, and 2017. He was the first to participate in the construction of 1000kV, ± 800kV, and ± 1100kV transmission projects in China. The product is widely promoted and applied in various transmission and transformation technology fields, including 500-750kV ultra-high voltage and 1000kV ultra-high voltage, to meet the needs of transmission and transformation engineering construction.
